Privacy policy

Orders must be placed and payment should be successful before pickup time in advance via our ordering page.

For placing orders via our ordering page, customers must complete all order and payment processes within our official ordering time from 11:00am-9:00pm, then we can arrange the order accordinly.

For all confirm orders, no cancel and changed will be allowed. If have any problems, please feel free to contact the chosen branch directly.

All orders should be based our order system, in order to ensure that you can get your ordered products within the specified time, you can check your orders by contacting your chosen branch in advance.

Orders not picked up on customer's specified time (Within 2 hours of the pickup time) will be deemed invalid. No refund will be allowed.

If Hong Kong Observatory announces the typhoon signal No. 8 and above or the red/black rainstorm warning signal, the pickup service has an opportunity to be re-arranged accordingly to both parties agreement (Customers need to check with the chosen branch or WhatsApp us @91745402 for communication). The rescheduled date shall be within one month. After the expiry of this period, the order will be forfeited and no refund is allowed.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and offers.

Restaurant reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of restaurant shall be final.
